The Role
As Manager, Cost Accounting, you'll run the day-to-day standard costing and inventory accounting for the company's U.S. operations, while also partnering on BOM work that reaches into Mexico and Canada. You'll own the yearly standard cost roll from start to finish — pulling labor routing figures from engineering, raw material pricing from sourcing, and building overhead rates alongside Operations Finance — then pushing those costs live across every U.S. plant. On a daily basis, that translates into guiding a team through month-end close, digging into variances, reconciling inventory, and taking on cross-functional projects tied to new product launches and system upgrades. You'll report to a Senior Manager of Cost Accounting and get genuine visibility with the Group Controller.
