Build the global cost accounting framework from scratch across 7–8 international plants for the world's leading water treatment company — a fully remote role with international travel and a clear path to growing your own team.
The Overview
Culligan is seeking a Global Cost Accounting Manager to work across their global network of plants to drive standardization of processes, create standard cost, improve reporting, and help drive out cost. Culligan is the world's leading water expert dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers through water softeners, filtration systems, industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems, and whole-house filtration systems.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO of Manufacturing, this position is primarily responsible for supporting the manufacturing/distribution accounting and profitability reporting. You will work closely with global Operations and Engineering teams to ensure costs are calculated and booked properly, analyze business opportunities and create CARs & ROI for Senior Leadership review, own labor and overhead costs for numerous independent legal entities, and work with supply chain and logistics to analyze both inbound and outbound freight. This role focuses primarily on the 3 largest plants located in Poland, China, and Mexico across a network of 7–8 international plants.

Travel & Remote
This role can be worked remotely but will consist of international travel to plants in Poland, China, and Mexico. Culligan HQ is in Rosemont, Illinois, where the CFO is based.
